Lettings Negotiator

R Longstaff & Co are looking to recruit a full time Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Lettings Department based in their Spalding Office.

The position on offer will include the following:

- Dealing with landlords, tenants, contractors and members of the public
- Registering applicants and arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Arranging repairs and maintenance work
- Carrying out routine property inspections and preparing reports to send to the Landlord
- Fire alarm testing

Experience in Residential Lettings is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.

The chosen applicant must be enthusiastic, hardworking, have a can-do attitude, be able to work as part of a team, have excellent attention to detail, organisational and customer service skills, have good timekeeping and needs to be adaptable and proactive and must be able to organise a busy workload.

Good grammar and IT skills are essential, and training will be provided for the use of specialist software.

A full driving licence is required, and the applicant must have use of their own vehicle on a daily basis.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and every other Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm. A rota system is in operation for bank holidays.

A competitive salary is offered dependent on experience.
