Looking for someone to **join our team**. Would you like to join an independent property development company that specializes in building **residential properties** in West Sussex? Must have a **good attitude** and **experience in building**. The contract is for ongoing work in the Littlehampton area. We are a fun but hard working team and are looking for another like minded person to join our journey.

**Job requirements**:

- We are looking for a **hard working labourer** who is willing to turn their hand to any task with ease. Dumper driver. Work is based in Littlehampton for current project.

**Skills and experience required**:

- We are looking for a labourer
- We’d like you to have worked previously in a construction environment and be familiar with working safely and responsibly as part of a team.
- We’d ideally like you to some construction experience
- Full UK driving license

**Attitude***:

- We definitely want you to learn new things and develop your skills further, so a **positive** **attitude** is **essential**.
- We want you to construct our buildings as though they were your own, so pride in your work is essential.
- You may be visible to our customers and so it’s important that you can present yourself well and if required communicate direct with our customers to answer any questions they may have.
- You must be able to get on well in a team, listening and communicating are the essentials for this to work.

**Terms**:

- Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 08.00am until 5:00pm.
- Weekly payments.
- Salary dependent on experience and attitude.
- References required
