**The role**

The purpose of this role is to lead on key departmental projects linked to the delivery of the business plan or aligned with the objectives of the Asset Management Strategy. A significant proportion of the role will be to project manage the Group's divestment strategy, as well as supporting the Asset Strategy Team to deliver team objectives and projects.

The role will provide a fast track understanding of how asset strategy and business planning is developed within the Asset Management Team. It will provide significant insight to data management, conveyancing, legal and financial transactional activity.

If you're interested in boosting your career in the area of strategic asset management, asset performance analysis, and stock optimisation, this is a great opportunity. Although existing experience is centred around project management and organisational change management, the post holder will develop significant additional expertise in the delivery of this role.

**The right fit**
- You’ll be highly organised with demonstrable project management skills.
- You’ll be a great communicator, able to collaborate well and implement change effectively.
- You’ll have the ability to coordinate disperse resources around shared objectives to deliver complex projects.
- You’ll be an experienced user of MS Office, particularly with Excel.
- You’ll have the ability to absorb new information quickly and turn that learning into new skill sets.
- You’ll be tenacious and self-motivated with a Fastidious eye for detail.
