A busy city centre estate agents are recruiting a part time accompanied viewer and inventory/check out/inspection clerk to be based from our fast paced modern office in the centre of Bradford. The role will be to assist with all aspects of the rental process and there will be a specific emphasis on arranging and conducting viewings on properties and arranging inventories/check out/ inspections during tenancies with this vacancy.

Our team are driven and professional team players and the successful applicant will be aligned to these visions.

Own car is essential and mileage will be paid

**Job Type**: Part-time - 20 hours per week/overtime available.

Pay: £12000.00 - £14000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
