Tower Crane Administrator

Ladybird Cranes is a national tower crane hire company based between Bromsgrove and Redditch. We are looking for an Administrator to work as part of the wider office-based Operations and Sales team; the duties will include, but will not be limited too;
- Preparing quotes, sales and purchase orders
- Managing crane operators work locations and time sheets
- Organising training courses for hire customers
- Organising CPCS training courses at our Training Centre
- Managing lifting equipment sales
- Taking meeting notes and minutes
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Manage online booking systems
Hours of work: 35 hour week.
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 16.30pm or 9.00am to 17.00pm with 1 hour lunch break.
