**Ethical Trade Coordinator - **Western Europe, Africa and The Americas**
**Reports to**:Ethical Trade Executive

**Location**:UK based.

This role is to support Ethical Trade Executive in overseeing the operations within the WEAA regions (Western Europe, Africa and The Americas). You will support the team in ensuring that audits, follow ups, trainings, ES activities & site visits are conducted, received and rated within agreed timelines, and reports on the region.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Support the Ethical Trade Executive (ETE) in overseeing operations within the WEAA region
- Support ETE in ensuring that audits, follow ups, trainings, ES activities & site visits are conducted, received and rated within agreed timelines, and reports on the region
- Updating internal and external scheduling forms, whilst balancing cost and travel time for auditors
- Supports with sending communication to suppliers and sites for training (both social and environmental)
- Design a scheduling strategy for all WEAA areas
- Support in monitor new auditor onboarding and ensure all relevant training is completed
- Support in monitor team budget and travel tracker
- Raises awareness about the importance of ethical trading and how to approach it
