**The role**

We are providing full training and support for somebody who wants to start a new career, gain an understanding of the credit and finance world, and embark on their Radius career journey. With incredible career progression and a growing business, now is the perfect time to join. We also offer study support for AAT, CICM or a funded apprenticeship.

Whilst experience in a credit role may be an advantage, the right attitude is the most important quality. We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.

**What would your day to day look like?**

This would be dependent upon the area you work, however typical responsibilities you can expect are:

- Daily contact with customers via Telephone, SMS, E-mail, Payment links or Letter, in line with credit policy.
- Keep accurate and complete records of all customer contact.
- Escalation of accounts and issues as required.
- Actively engage in relevant and appropriate opportunities for cross-department working to build relationships & share knowledge.
- Use exposure to different areas of Credit and businesses / products to share good ideas and approaches across the team and improve the processes and systems as a result.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our sales team.

**What do we expect of you?**
- ** Communication **- the ability to develop rapport with customers and colleagues over the phone.
- ** Attention to Detail - **a head for numbers and ability to spot and solve problems whilst dealing with a high volume of transactional data.
- ** Drive to Succeed - **driven to achieve targets, tenacious and persistent in your approach.
- Experience in a credit control or finance role is desirable but not essential.
