**Job Summary**

1. Proactive pre-session planning of each Little Kickers activity session attended

2. Punctual, accurate and safe delivery of the football activity coaching content in the Little Kickers programme during the session, as the Lead coach

3. Monitoring and maintenance of a safe environment at all times during the session

4. Reporting to and coordination with your employer to ensure the maintenance of high quality Little Kickers sessions at all times

**Key Tasks**

1. _If a nominated Kit Holder:_ Transportation, storage, and maintenance of all Little Kickers equipment necessary for the conduct of your allocated Little Kickers sessions

2. Timely arrival at Little Kickers venues prior to session conduct (including prompt arrival at venue at least 15 minutes prior to the first session)

3. Assisting the Lead coach with the set-up of the Little Kickers equipment

4. Maintenance of a physically healthy and safe environment for Little Kickers sessions at all times, including conducting pre-session safety checks by completing the Daily Session Admin form, accurately recording session registers and strict adherence to Health and Safety guidelines throughout the sessions

5. Making introductory, welcoming and health and safety announcements for new and existing parents/carers at each session where necessary,

6. Actively assisting the lead coach with the full conduct of all sessions in the days programme, with an emphasis on timekeeping, monitoring of the safety of the children and the physical environment, and successfully and caring motivation of the children to participate fully

7. Dealing with customer administrative queries, issues and complaints in a positive manner as instructed by your employer

8. Safekeeping and appropriate use of your allocated Little Kickers Session Binder and Session Plans

9. Carrying out the responsibilities of a Nominated Emergency First Aider as set out in the Little Kickers Emergency First Aid procedures and accurate completion of associated incident logs

10. Help with the promotion, marketing and sales of the Little Kickers programmes where requested by your employer

11. Conduct and review of practical training sessions for new employees as the Little Kickers programme expands in your area, where requested by your employer

12. Supervision of the assistant coach or young workers at your session where appropriate and as requested by your employer

13. General tidy up of the venue after the days programme is completed

14. Timely reporting of issues and problems to your employer

Minimum of 3 hours work every weekend with the potential for additional hours during the week.

working shifts will mainly be from 08.45 until around 12.00

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 3 per week

**Salary**: £8.00-£12.00 per hour
