RIBA Chartered and ARB Registered.
Role and Responsibilities?
- To be able to confidently carry out design stage risk assessments.
- Choose appropriate materials.
- Prepare specifications for construction work.
- Design proposals using AutoCAD
- Manage the design team.
- Lead the design process.
- Prep tender info.
- Degree in Architectural Technology + ideally Chartered.
- 3-5 years' experience minimum.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Full UK driving license and vehicle would be beneficial.
- Happy with travel if required.
- Ideally local or within a comfortable commute distance.
