**Salary - £24,000 - £28,000** **Per Annum Negotiable depending on experience**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for one of fastest growing multi-disciplinary surveying practices in the UK. We provide specialist surveying services to architects, planning consultants, utility companies, government agencies, engineers, ecologists and various other construction related professionals. The work across architecture planning, retail, commercial & facilities management, infrastructure & highways and construction & civil engineering sectors.

**Responsibility & Duties**
- Implement work instructions
- Carrying out Land and Measured Building surveys
- Post-processing work using laser scanners
- Assisting in the resolution of any issues

**Experience & Qualification**
- 3+ Years’ experience delivering land surveys essential
- Registration and processing of laser scan survey data into useable point cloud data using Leica Cyclone / Register 360 and Faro Scene
- Competent user of survey instrumentation - GPS, Total Stations, Leica, 3D scanner advantageous
- Competent user & understanding of 2D / 3D AutoCAD
- Experience of completing (MBS) Measured Building or topographical Surveys would be an advantage
- Civils, Construction or Surveying background ideal
- Must hold a UK Driving License
- The ability to use LSS for processing desirable
- Post registration for laser scanning, Cyclone Core, Register 360 desirable
