Store Supervisor

**Main Purpose of Position**:
You will supervise the day to day daily operations in our retail brick and mortar store in Exeter. You will be responsible for driving sales, a high standard of customer service and visual merchandising instore.

**Main Duties**:
Drive conversion via best-in-class customer service and product knowledge.

Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.

Supervising the successful opening and closing of store daily.

Ensure the Customer Database is up to date and accurate.

Send weekly reports to management.

Be responsible for the security, movement, banking and reporting of petty cash, expenses and cash takings

Proactively seek and identify opportunities to increase sales, footfall and brand awareness

Assist with the recruitment and train new staff members.

Produce, manage and communicate staff rotas, including holiday requests and sickness/absence according to company procedures.

Oversee customer returns in line with the company’s agreed procedure

Conduct personnel performance appraisal.

Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).

Be the point of contact for visiting Brand Representatives.
