**Fixed term/Secondment until 31st March 2024**

**JOB PURPOSE**:

- To support Change Manager to successfully discover design and deliver change initiatives in relation to the Family Hubs agenda, and to ensure the collective understanding of progress of the strategic change portfolio against its objectives and targets.
- To link corporate change management approaches, standards and requirements across departmental and corporate change agendas, sharing best practice and providing advice and guidance where appropriate.
- To improve the change management capacity of the Transformation Unit through taking ownership of change initiative deliverables where required and appropriate**.**

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Educated to NVQ4 level in Project Management/Business Admin or equivalent, or appropriate experience to this level.
- Project management or Change Management qualification or appropriate experience to this level (Prince 2 or equivalent).
- Experience of working on projects in a supportive, enabling role.
- Experience of providing administrative support and coordination.
- Experience of organising and facilitating key meetings including Project Boards, Project Team meetings and workshops with a focus on decisions and actions
- Experience of presenting information in a variety of formats relevant to audience needs.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to transfer relevant and proportionate information to members of the project team and to the Change Management Office and engage
effectively with key stakeholders.
- Collate, analyse and interpret information to support effective project delivery and identify recommendations and learning points for the project team, CMO and wider Project and Programme Management (PPM) community.
- Assess business area ease of use and compliance with CMO standards and requirements, feedback and support with the development of Project Management processes and tools.
