We are looking to add a support worker to our team to support a Lady who is based in Bridgewater who is 18 years old with Mental health and anxiety disorders. This client is physically fit and enjoys the outdoors, movies, music and arts and crafts.

**Support Needed with;**
- **Verbal prompting and encouragement with personal care.**:

- **Physical assistance with maintaining a clean and habitable home.**:

- **Company for all appointments and accessing the local community.**:

- **Physical assistance with meal prep and cooking.**:

- **Verbal encouragement to engage in activities.**:

- **Ensuring safety is maintained.**:

- **Confidence boosting and guidance with life skills.**

**What We Are Looking For;**
- **Friendly, reliable and motivated individual.**:

- **0ne year + experience in Mental Health.**:

- **Health and Social care experience of Three years +.**:

- **Willing to learn and commit to all training requirements.**:

- **Able to complete the two week rolling rota.**:

- **Somebody who's passionate about making a difference in somebody's life.**

**Rolling Rota - 24hour shifts - 14hour day & 10hour sleep.**

Week one: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week Two: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
