Ultimate Products are looking for talented and career-driven graduates to join our development programme as a Graduate Accounts Clerk. We recognise that grads often have a fantastic array of transferable skills but lack experience, career direction and role-specific training. That's where we come in. The UP graduate programme combines on the job training with regular reviews, mentoring and development plans to give our grads the best possible first step on the career ladder.

**_Key Responsibilities_**

Within this role, you will assist in the effective running of the Purchase Ledger within our Accounts department, working alongside our small team to ensure our processes are diligently completed and to a high standard.
- To accurately add all factory deposits onto the purchase ledger, ensuring that all deposits are valid and escalating those orders requiring refunds to other departments.
- To raise and process all payments, ensuring these are accurate and within Company timescales.
- To effectively liaise with the Imports department to ensure that all relevant documents have been received and full checks of invoice and PO numbers are carried out.
- To ensure that the ledger is accurate and up-to-date at all times through timely allocations and the consistent resolution of supplier queries.

**_What we look for_**
- A degree essential at 2:1 or above in Maths, Finance, Accounts and Economics are preffered
- Minimum 6-12 months experience either full time or part time
- The most important bit is your talent, determination and drive, bring that with you and we can provide you with the tools to succeed
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Assertive and confident with a proactive approach to work
- Local to Greater Manchester
