Trainee Garage Receptionist

Heckington MOT Center is an established and expanding MOT Test station and service centre. We are an independent family run garage that is well established with in the local motor industry.

We are delighted to be looking for a dedicated, adaptable Advisor/Receptionist. You will be based within a busy fast paced independent garage, working autonomously representing the company. We are looking for someone friendly with great customer service skills join our team. A professional approach and enthusiasm is key along with excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

Honesty, diligence, self
- organised and a confident multi-tasker with a logical approach to jobs. Experience in the automotive trade is desirable but not essential - as full training will be provided.

This role includes but is not limited to;

Taking booking for service, MOT & repair work, generate work sheets.

Ordering of car parts upon technician request.

Stock taking

Creating estimates and pricing up repair work.

Creating invoice, taking payments for completed work.

General office administration

Driving vehicles when required.

For the right person who is willing to put the work in, there is plenty of opportunity to learn new skills. **Applicants must hold a valid full uk driving license**

**Working hours is 5 days a week including Saturday with a day off in the week.**

20 days holiday + bank holidays off, probation period

**Salary: is negotiable depending on experience.**
