**Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week (plus flexible regular weekend work) (£11.53 per hour)**

Responsibilities include:

- Accountable & responsible for all aspects of the shop & team
- To ensure the standards of the shop & team are high & meet customer expectations
- To provide all visitors with a positive and memorable experience of the products & brand

**The Right Person**

We are a small team and we look for people to join our business who want to work with others but take responsibility for doing their best every day to help to make the business a success. We also need:

- Previous experience in shop environment at supervisory level essential
- Food safety level one
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience of managing a team and development work rotas

We are the oldest remaining bakers of the authentic Pork Pie in the town centre today and we are a popular tourist attraction. We now have a unique opportunity for someone to come and join our small, friendly team and be part of this special little shop._**
