HR Officer

**Contract**: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours. Full Year OR Term Time + 3weeks
**Annual leave / holiday**: 27 days per year annual leave if Full Year OR 10 non-working weeks if Term Time + 3 weeks

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- A CIPD L5 qualified (minimum) professional, ideally with experience of working in a similar unionised setting, with nationally determined T&Cs
- A highly competent HR Generalist, ideally with recruitment and ER expertise
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work to our vision, values and key principals
