**Who we are looking for**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Project Worker to provide day to day support to our tenants support service in Rochdale. You will be working in a team to assist with the delivery of intensive, person-centred support to challenging, vulnerable and excluded homeless people in crisis.

**About the role**

As a Trainee Project Worker for The Bond Board, you will provide admin support to the floating support team in the day to day running of the office. You will be required to alert your team members of any difficulties between the client and the landlord or neighbours and to any changes in the client’s situation. You will keep the client and risk registers up to date making sure information is shared with other parts of the organisation as appropriate.

**About you**

To succeed you’ll need:

- **Essential Criteria**_

1. Experience in a customer service role, face to face and/or by phone.

4. Ability to work as part of a team, respond flexibly to the day to day demands of the organisation, and adapt to change.

5. Demonstrate the ability to learn and a willingness to undertake training.
- **Desirable Criteria**_

1. Have an understanding of some housing and homelessness issues.

2. Have access to own transport such as bicycle, motorbike, car etc.
