**Essential Duties**
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the bar
- Train new bar staff on proper glassware, cocktail recipes, glassware handling and food preparation procedures
- Maintain inventory of all alcohol and non-alcohol products
- Ensure that all bar equipment is in good working order
- Ensure that all employees are following health and safety regulations
- Ensure that all customers are following proper glassware handling procedures when ordering
- Ensure that all employees are following proper cleaning procedures when cleaning
- Maintain a clean and sanitized environment for customers and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned by management including opening and cashing up.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Must be able to communicate with customers and coworkers. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position also requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Ability to count money accurately. Ability to work with basic math concepts. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high energy. Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Ability to work nights, weekend, holidays, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

- Supervising experience: 1 year (required)
- Restaurant management: 1 year (preferred)

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
