An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Planner/Administrator on behalf of a commercial facilities management company based in Dagenham.

An understanding of repairs and maintenance would be helpful, the successful applicant would be highly organised with previous administrative experience.

The role is a 12 month fixed term contract, full time Monday to Friday and offers hybrid working - the successful applicant would need to be able to work within the client's office in Dagenham 2 to 3 days per week. Office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm.
- Looking after 4 multi traders
- Taking incoming calls regarding repairs and maintenance on properties
- Book and change appointments, prioritising emergency repair issues
- Arranging appointments for residents/tenants regarding maintenance/repair issues within their properties
- Providing customer service to residents and customers/tenants
- Scheduling appointments for maintenance works
- Dealing with queries and organising appointments with the multi-traders to carry out repairs
- Closing jobs ready for invoicing
- Working with subcontractors to ensure
- Manage operative's diaries and chase to make sure all jobs are completed
- Producing daily and weekly reports
