We are looking for a passionate and attentive individual to join our Reservations team. Reporting to the Reservations Manager and Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the hotel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage new and existing room reservations.
- Monitor our booking channels for updates and messages from our guests.
- Respond to invoice requests and process deposits.
- Monitor room availability.
- Monitor no-show and cancellation fees and update the relevant reports.
- Identify sales opportunities and communicate them to the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain good relationships with corporate clients and booking agents.
- Anticipate guest needs and communicate them to the relevant departments so guest expectations are not only met, but exceeded.
- To be an ambassador for the hotel industry and the IHG hotel brand.

- Good initiative
- Proven background in a similar role (ideally 1+ year Hotel Reservations or Reception experience)
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Opera PMS experience preferred
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Working Hours**:

- Three 8-hour shifts per week
- Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
