Weekend Supervisor

Hours:
5-10.30pm 3-4 evenings per week, including weekends. Saturday and Sundays on a rotation basis.

- Supervise and oversee evening and weekend operations in the store
- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction
- Operate tills and lock up the store at night (10.30pm)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally

- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
