Join our growing fitting team who are responsible for providing the 'wow' factor at the end of the customer journey.

As one of our fitters, you will be responsible for installing the shutters in the customer's home. You must be able to communicate to our customers with confidence and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to use your initiative to go the extra mile (our customers really do notice)

You must have great attention to detail and the ability to work alone, as well as part of a small team on large or more complex projects.

Ideally, you will have a practical background eg. experience or DIY, joinery or fitting. The salary will be based on the amount of relevant experience you are bringing to the role. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.

You must have a full clean driving license as, once trained, you will be provided with a sign written van, tools and uniform.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Fitting the shutters in the customer's home
- Revisiting jobs to check reported issues and/or replace faulty parts
- Reporting back to office team daily on outcomes of jobs (app-based)
- Gathering reviews and marketing photos
- Assisting with deliveries
- Maintaining stock & standards in the warehouse
- Keeping company van, vehicle, tools & equipment to a high standard
- Proven practical skills (training also provided)
- Clear & confident communication skills
- Excellent time keeping & ability to work to a schedule
- Full clean driving license
- Basic computer skills for use of on-site app
- Ability to work independently and part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
