**Warehouse Supervisor - Bedford - £27,500 + Benefits**

**WE NEED YOU**

A highly motivated Warehouse Supervisor with great people skills and team management experience.

**Who you'll be working for**:
Our client is a smaller 3PL business offering a full range of handling and fulfilment services designed to enhance its clients' marketing and promotional supply chains throughout an ecommerce B2B and B2C client range.

You will join their busy Monday to Friday operation in an exciting time of growth and future proofing to ensure their sustained success.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Leading a team of people/shift
- Managing and maintaining stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Conducting regular stock checks.
- Ensuring Picking and Packing Operations are carried out efficiently.
- Creating a safe working environment for all warehouse operatives within the warehouse.

**What we need from you**:

- Experience of working within a high-volume warehouse environment
- Excellent person-management experience
- Computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
- Commitment to learning and development of the team and yourself.
