**Main Accountabilities**:

- Overseeing sales staff, cashiers, and shelf stockers to ensure daily operations are completed to a high quality
- Ensuring commerciality of the stock displays and layout of the store
- Keeping records of employee performance
- Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft and wastage
- Addressing customer requests and queries
- Motivating retail assistants to achieve set targets

**Working hours**:

- 08:00-17:00 5 days out of 7 per week

**Salary:**
- £23,9200 per annum
