Oake Meadows Care Home in Taunton are currently seeking an Activities Assistant on a part or full time basis. Preferred hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 although there is some flexibility with this to work around school hours if required.

Oake Meadows Care Home is registered to care for 79 people, making a significant contribution to the Taunton community, particularly for people with dementia. Our home is designed as 5 separate and secure Units: Residential, General Nursing, Older Persons Mental Health, OPMH+ and a Pathway 3 Rehabilitation Unit which is linked with the NHS.

Oake Meadows is situated in a peaceful and tranquil area surrounded by Sherford Stream, which offers country views with a variety of wildlife. We are based on large peaceful grounds incorporating sensory gardens.
