The ALDI HR team designs and implements cost effective, efficient tools and processes to support each stage of the employee lifecycle, through core teams across Attraction and Selection, Training, HR Administration, Diversity and Inclusion, Health and Safety and HR IT.

**Your New Role**:

- Reporting directly into the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for;
- Liaising and collaborating with the Recruitment teams to provide support with upcoming target hires both proactively and reactively.
- Remaining close to internal business strategy considering impact on attraction activity.
- Liaising with the external PR/Marketing suppliers ensuring deliverables are achieved in the most effective and costs efficient way across all PR/Marketing workstreams including Print, Media, PR, Social Media, Digital Media and the Careers Website.
- Creating briefs for the creative team to support PR/Marketing activity.
- Working alongside the external PR/Marketing supplier on advertorials in guides/directories.
- Acting as a point of contact for PR/Marketing print assets including annual National orders.
- Monitoring and analysing the success of marketing campaigns.
- Providing reporting and analysis to support longer term marketing strategy.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager with the successful delivery of Aldi’s recruitment Employer Value Proposition including supporting with the planning and executing of photoshoots and acting as a brand guardian when creating new assets.
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager with budget control and invoicing.

**About You**:

- Experience in working directly with a PR/Marketing agency or working in a PR/Marketing role.
- Wide commercial awareness for retail recruitment PR/Marketing.
- The ability to plan ahead to meet deadlines with a high level of personal organisation.
- The ability to manage multiple projects of different scale effectively and to agreed timescales.
- Strong communication skills with ability to take complex information and deliver in a simplified manner.
- Able to work individually and as part of a team with mínimal supervision.
- Flexible to adapt to the demands of an ever-changing business environment.
- Excellent attention to detail whilst remaining solution focused.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of using and knowledge of In-design would be advantageous.

**What You’ll get in Return**:

- Salary starting £32,105 rising to £39,865
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
