Salesperson

Frank’s the Flooring Store are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced salesperson to join its Redcar retail store.

Working as part of a team, the Salesperson will be the first point of contact for customers when choosing flooring for their homes. Frank’s is the North East’s largest independent family run flooring store, who pride themselves on helping families turn their houses into homes. To ensure it provides a seamless customer journey, Franks are looking for a salesperson who has a proven track record of success in a customer facing sales role. Experience in carpet/flooring sales is highly desireable.

The Salesperson will be outgoing, approachable, and focused on meeting and exceeding the expectations of their customers whilst working towards individual sales targets. As mentioned, experience of carpet/flooring retail sales is highly desirable but not essential, as is experience of achieving personal sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Hours**: Full time, 39.5 hours per week over 5 days.

**Rate of Pay**: Competitive salary plus monthly uncapped bonus scheme.
