RMN (In Patient - Older Adult Ward) - Stafford
**Your new company**Hays Healthcare are actively recruiting Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurses to work in Stafford on an In Patient Older Adult ward for the Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust (MPFT) on a permanent basis.

**Your new role**You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs and contributing to; the formulation of the person's needs and the development of a relevant plan based upon the person's negotiated goals and relevant evidence based interventions. You will, in conjunctionwith the multi-disciplinary team, provide nursing interventions to support the person to meet their agreed goals and coordinate and/ or participate in the review of progress towards those goals, utilising recommended outcome measures, involving the serviceuser and any identified carer throughout the clinical pathway.
**What you'll need to succeed**Experience:

- Delivering a high quality clinical service to patients and their families.
- Acting as named nurse to a group of patients under the direction / supervision of the person identified with continuing responsibility.
- Participating in therapeutic group work programmes.
- Taking charge of the ward in the absence of the ward manager and deputy ward manager.
- Patient facing experience in the last 3 years
- Strong team-working skills
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate
- A commitment to high-quality care and values and evidence-based practice
- Excellent teamwork skills, and professionalism

Qualifications:

- RMN with Valid UK NMC Pin
