**Apprenticeship Coach and Reviewer**
**National Centre for Food Manufacturing (NCFM)**

**About Us**:
The NCFM, a satellite campus of the University of Lincoln, is a hub for the UK food manufacturing sector.

We are looking for experienced professionals with a background in manufacturing (food sector preferred) to support and review apprentices linked with the UK’s leading food businesses.
- Experience in training and assessment is a plus but not essential.
- The role would suit an industry professional looking for a career change and an opportunity to use their experience to benefit others.
- You'll be part of a dynamic team at the NCFM's campus in Holbeach and contribute to a range of apprenticeship levels from technical, engineering, operations and supply chain.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct progress reviews (primarily online)
- Collaborate with employers, academic tutors, and support services
- Promote successful learning outcomes
