**Job Profile**:
Senior Electrical Estimator required for our client, strong heritage in designing, developing, and delivering building-service solutions throughout the UK. They are an established multi-disciplinary building-services contractor, employing a staff of 40 people, with the office located in Holmes Chapel.

They are actively seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to join their highly skilled team preparing tender submissions, interacting with new and existing clients, and engaging in the development of the Estimating department within the Company.

The Senior Electrical Estimator will be Cheshire based and the role itself will be primarily office based, so commuting to the office will be required

Senior Electrical Estimator Position Overview
- Sending/receiving enquiries to/from suppliers & specialist sub-contractors
- Preparing take-offs from drawings
- Inputting take offs and quotations onto Trimble Estimating software
- Preparation of tender price
- Presentation of tender to Line Manager for approval prior to submittal
- Detailed tender submission
- Detailed tender handover report to Project Delivery Team
- Assisting in the development Estimating department within the Company

Senior Electrical Estimator Position Requirements

Essential
- 3+ years' estimating experience
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of Electrical systems in building services
- Experience using Trimble estimating software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel

Desirable
- Experience in attending mid/post tender review meetings

Senior Electrical Estimator Position Remuneration
- £45,000 - £55,000
