Overview
**The role of On-Site Recruitment Coordinator forms a crucial part of the Operational Delivery Team for DCS Recruitment, responsible for the co-ordination and lead of the DCS workforce based on a client's site and being a go to person for DCS agencyworkers.

You will manage new colleagues through an induction process and into the shift pattern of their choice, ensuring training and ongoing support is offered to each person.
You will liaise with client representatives to gain feedback and operational information, from payroll processes to work updates.

As you develop, you will be given the opportunity to progress in to managing further aspects of the operation and business across the UK.

**About you**

You will be an engaging and enthusiastic individual with a keen eye for detail, who enjoys a people facing role. With a good understanding of expectations within the DCS Group as well as the client's operation, you will have the ability to confidently deliverkey information to a diverse workforce.

In addition to this, you will be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels, including Senior Management, both within DCS Group & Clients.

**Responsibilities**

This position plays an active role in managing the workforce for your location. You will work with all levels of employees, accurately communicating information between both businesses.

The role will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Working closely with the internal team to make sure all KPI & SLA's are adhered to
- Liaise daily with both Client and DCS Management team.
- Ensure all workers fully understand PPE requirements and health & safety information for remote sites
- Carry out regular inductions onsite, making sure all attendees are fully aware of all site health and safety and have a clear understanding of the role.
- Ensure workers are attending and are signing in to shifts correctly & on time.
- Complete walk rounds throughout the shifts to check workers are in correct and assigned areas and their names are on area manning.
- Track manning on a shift-by-shift basis ensuring any errors are highlighted.
- Work alongside Supervisors and Management, reporting errors as they arise.
