If you would like to work as a Teaching Assistant in an outstanding Primary School where the well being, social and emotion needs and progress of children is the primary focus, then this the job for you We have a wonderful opportunity for a Primary School Teaching Assistant to join an Infant and Nursery school in Feltham. You will be a part of the school's supportive Early Years team and your duties will include working with children in small groups and on occasion a 1:1 capacity. You will be supporting the class teacher with with daily activities such as setting up and carrying out focussed tasks.

Experience working as a Primary School Teaching Assistant in some form of capacity would be ideal.

**The Role**:

- Assist the Reception Class Teacher with setting up and carrying out daily activities with children.
- Support and assist children in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
- Motivate and encourage students to achieve their full potential
- As a Teaching Assistant you will be helping students who need extra support with their learning

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly with students and teachers
- Being adaptable in changing circumstances as a Primary School Teaching Assistant is essential
- Ability to support pupils with their learning
- Need to be patient and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
