**Facilities Management Business Partner - £35 per hour Inside IR35 - 12 Months (extensions highly likely) - Flintshire - Standard 35 hours across 4.5 days (working between 7-7) - Fully Onsite - One stage interview - Sector: Aerospace and Defence**

Yolk Recruitment is searching for a Facilities Management Business Partner to work with the world's leading Aerospace company that is at the forefront of space exploration and travel.

Your role will be to oversee and integrate several projects across the site rather than just one project relating to Facilities and supporting the project manager with project deliverables.

**Responsibilities**
- Work with Site Business Partners and Building custodians to define and lead the introduction of an effective Site/Building Process.
- Manage action recording and timely follow-up and updates
- Act as the local voice of FM at Site level working groups
- Provide support to the Site FMRE BP to own reactive/unplanned issues that arise
- Provide support to the site FMRE BP and EHS Controller on EHS topics requiring improvement, acting as a co-ordinator

**Essentials**
- Project management, and project delivery experience
- Communication and stakeholder management skills
- Previous experience with processes and relevant HSE regulations
- Previous experience in facility management and building and construction

**Desirable
- Aviation or Aerospace experience
