**Role Overview**:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our passionate team in Clapham. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This is a full-time permanent position, offering competitive pay and opportunities for professional development.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for children and their families
- Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's development across all areas
- Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure each child's individual needs are met
- Uphold high standards of health, safety, and hygiene

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 qualifications in Early Years Education (preferred)
- Previous experience working with young children in an early years setting
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for early childhood education
