**Just because you’re happy doesn’t mean you can’t be happier.**

It has four planners writing a lot of business (seven figure ongoing fees). You'll be part of a team of four paraplanners that give the time and capacity to do that.
You will be part of every part of the process with a client from prep work through client meetings to formulating advice. You'll work with genuine HNW clients and corporate clients so you'll learn every day.
**There's excellent pay. This is a firm that will pay up to £50,000 for the right person. There's a pension (up to 10% employer contribution), 3 x DIS and income protection.**
**There's also a company bonus based on profits for all staff, including planners. When this firm talks about doing things as a team it means it.**What do they need from you?
You'll be level 4 qualified and have reasonable experience as a paraplanner. You will want to get to Chartered status and the firm will fund this.
You will enjoy meeting with clients. The firm has a wide array as they believe in advice for many, not just a wealthy few. You'll spend a lot of time with them so relationship skills are key.
