An exciting new HRIS Manager, Success Factors role now exists on a permanent basis at a thriving business with multiple UK and international offices. You will be given the freedom of fully remote working and take the reins of implementation, integration,and upgrades of new modules within the HR technology space. This role requires equal expertise and understanding of core SF modules, as it does HR integrations, and the right people and influencing skills will go a long way too

This forward-thinking organisation is making a move toward data-driven fact-based implementation when it comes to its SuccessFactors technology. You will need to quickly learn the business and ways of working to hit the ground running and implement, integrateand upgrade.

Key responsibilities:

- Exhibit expertise in system deployment and a track record of developing and delivering creative, integrated HR solutions. Where feasible, coordinate and align interdependencies with relevant Success Factors modules.
- Build a community of functional system end-users to guide and influence outcomes to ensure that new operational processes are compatible with SuccessFactors' default capabilities.
- Providing manuals and SOPs are written and well-kept kept for SuccessFactors processes.
- Offer clarity and guidance on procedures and techniques to make sure
- Ensure post-implementation upgrades and rollouts are consistent and communicated to the wider business, including patch notes and user guides for best use.
- Offer openness, guidance on procedure and technique to guarantee user acceptance of pertinent talent process reviews in accordance with client's requirements
- A strong commitment to developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop a project management strategy and set common goals. When necessary, give direction and advice to internal clients as well as partners outside the company.
- Assure that milestones are met by leading and coordinating the team to execute/complete tasks in accordance with the scope, schedule, and approved project budget.
- Perform risk assessments to find and reduce risks. track the status of reports and escalate problems as appropriate
- Work on a Change Management/Rollout Plan to ensure a seamless implementation of the procedure within the company.

The role offers a competitive pay of circa £60,000 to £70,000 p.a. + benefits. You will benefit from a remote, agile, and hybrid working model and be given autonomy and will be comfortable with working to tight deadlines.
