**The job**:
The Payroll Team work to a tight monthly schedule to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time and that all Statutory and other 3rd party payments and returns are processed accurately whether this be in-house or by the nominated 3rd party.

Under the direction of the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll Coordinator will support the payroll cycle covering multiple payrolls across the EMEA region. We are looking for an excellent Coordinator for our great team in this busy department;
- where training will be provided.

We will also need your effective interpersonal skills as you will be collaborating with employees across multiple countries and various internal teams such as Colleague Services, Finance, HR etc. Regular contact with the payroll vendor will also be part of this role.

**What will you do?**
- Processing of multiple payrolls in a time critical and fast-paced environment
- End-to-end processing of the given payrolls using checking lists and payroll calendar
- Ensure all payroll inputs are provided to the payroll vendor by agreed processing date
- Maintain excellent paperwork and reports for audit purposes
- Timely and accurate responses to queries from multiple sources on your payroll
- Support investigations and analysis to resolve the root cause of errors impacting payroll accuracy and communicate effectively to other parties such as employees, HR, HRTS etc.
- Work closely with Management and Finance for payroll accounting entries, reports, and resolving discrepancies
- Participate in process improvement activities
- Participate in business or functional projects as required

- Great organisational and prioritisation skills

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**
- Minimum of 2 years’ Administration, Coordinator, Accounts Payable or Payroll experience, preferably in a large multi-national company
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint and strong Excel proficiency
- Working experience of any of the following systems would be advantageous - ServiceNow, Workday and other vendor systems such as ResourceLink, ADP, SAP
