Centrepoint, the UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for **x2 Skills and Employability Trainers** to join the Centrepoint Works Learning Team** based **within the Services Directorate.***

We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Together with our partners, we support thousands of homeless young people each year.

We are looking for two trainers, who have energy, focus and attention to detail. You will have first-** **hand experience of delivering Functional Skills English and Maths up to Level 2, Employability and ideally hold** **sector specific qualifications in Health and Social Care, which can be utilised within our learning offer.

**What you will be doing**
- Proactively recruit, assess and retain an agreed number of learners in line with contracts/annual objectives.
- Carry out initial assessments and learning plans for each young person and monitor their progress through regular reviews
- Organise and deliver Functional Skills, employability and vocational skills, for young people through a blended learning approach including the use of digital based delivery models in group sessions.
- Mark and assess learner work in line with awarding body and internal quality standards
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of learner resources to ensure they are relevant up to date and meet
