Groundcare Machinery Operative

Royal Oak Tree Services Ltd are looking for experienced ground care machinery operatives. Day and Nightshift will be expected. The work will consist of mowing/strimming and maintaining Highways grass including verges, laybys and bus stops along Scotland's NE trunk road network. Your team will consist of 2/3 other team members and state of the art machinery including TORO zero turn mowers and walk behind mowers and strimmers. Along with that will be crew cab van and trailer. The day to day workings will involve travelling to different destinations along your assigned route and completing risk assessments and completing tasks via supplied tablet computer. We take pride in our machinery and vehicles and expect the individuals to do so aswell filling in and providing evidence of vehicle checks and machinery checks prior to use and liasing with North manager on performance and progress. The north manager will also be there to support you and help you throughout the duration. All PPE is provided. Overtime will be readily available and bonus schemes for completing routes. Upon successful completion of landscape maintenance season you will inducted into a winter program provided by our client and will involve being based from various depots

**Salary**: £12.25 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 65 per week
