**Position**: Independent Mobile Food Truck manager
**Location**: Lakenheath, Suffolk
**Hours**: 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM, 6 days a week
**Compensation**: Competitive hourly rate

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage your schedule independently to ensure timely setup, service, and packaway of the food trailer
- Serve customers with efficiency and professionalism
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards within the food trailer
- Operate a POS system for transactions and manage cash handling responsibly
- Safely tow and park the food trailer at various locations (valid driving license required)

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Level 2 food hygiene certification preferred, but not essential; training provided

**How to Apply**:
Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 40 per week
