Warehouse Assembler

Our client, a leading FMCG warehouse based in Larne are looking for experienced **Full time Warehouse Operatives** to work in **FREEZER DEPARTMENT** environment to join their expanding team.

WORKING HOURS PER WEEK
- Mon 14:00 - 22:00 (job to finish)
- Tues 14:00 - 22:00 (job to finish)
- Wed 14:00 - 22:00 (job to finish)
- Thurs 14:00 - 22:30 (job to finish)
- Sun 12:00 - 20:00 (job to finish)

**Hourly Rate**:£10.42phr**

Performance rates after training up to £15per hour
- **THIS ROLE IS A VERY PHYSICAL ROLE**_

**Duties**:

- You will be required to receive, pick and assembly & load orders in line with customer requirements, depot KPI has and agreed performance and quality standards.
- YOU WILL BE TRAINED ON VOICE ACTIVATED PICKING SYSTEM.
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques
- Picking/Loading/FLT experience may be an advantage
- Moving and storing products in the correct warehouse area
- Work accurately and handle customer stock with care and consideration to minimise damages and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all products are free from damage and reporting any discrepancies
- Using in house systems
- Cleaning and maintaining warehouse equipment to set standards

Working within chilled ENVIRONMENT
- Receive and unload incoming shipments
- Verify and inspect received goods for damages or defects
- Sort, label, and store items in designated warehouse locations
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare orders for shipment by ensuring proper packaging and labelling
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking purposes
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

**Criteria**:

- Must have access to own transport to get to stated working shifts.
- Warehouse experience would be beneficial
- Good attitude towards work
