**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Progress Monitoring**:

- Regularly track and monitor the progress of boat services, including repairs, maintenance, and installations.
- Collaborate with the Boat Services team to gather updates on ongoing work.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Provide clear and concise information regarding the status of their boat services.
- **Estimating**:

- Collaborate with customers and Boat Services staff to understand the scope of work for service requests.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates for boat services, taking into account labor, materials, and any additional requirements.
- **Issue Identification**:

- Identify any potential delays, challenges, or issues in the boat service process.
- Collaborate with the Boat Services team to proactively address and resolve any problems.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of boat service progress.
- Document any changes to the scope of work, additional requirements, or modifications.
- **Customer Relations**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by keeping them informed, providing estimates, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the boat service process.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Boat Services staff to coordinate updates, ensure accurate information is provided, and align estimates with actual progress.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to facilitate smooth service operations.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on boat service progress and estimate accuracy for management and customers.
- Highlight key achievements, potential risks, and recommended actions for improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information and estimates in a customer-friendly manner.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Knowledge of boat maintenance and services is a plus.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
