Ye Olde Bell Hotel is a well established, four star hotel with 60 bedrooms and numerous large function rooms. We are currently looking for a housekeeper to join our team.

The position is on a zero hours basic. With shifts times varying between 7am & 4pm. Working upstairs serving the rooms and downstairs in the public areas. With the occasional evening shift when large functions are scheduled.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean and maintain designated areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, mopping, and changing linens
- Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary supplies and amenities
- Respond to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Follow established cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Adhere to all health & safety and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary

**Job Type**: Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
