A position has become available to join our team at Stan Robinson;
The Administrator/Traffic Planner will work closely with and develop a good working relationship with the existing transport team and drivers. You will be responsible for the accurate inputting of customer consignments and assisting in the day to day activities of the depot. In addition you will be trained on the cost effective planning of delivery and collection vehicles.

Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm

Responsibilities of position;
- Input of customer consignments
- Customer service relations
- Allocation of driver paperwork
- Accurate documentation management
- De-briefing drivers, and processing paperwork and delivery/collection notes.
- Ensure health and safety and quality process compliance
- Planning and routing geographical areas within your direct responsibility

Qualifications and Experience
- Computer literate
- Good geographical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment.
