We are pleased to present this opportunity of **Electronic Manufacturing Apprentice** **for our electronics client based in Cambridge. This is a full time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, with 1 day release at college. Salary for this role is £9.90 per hour. The apprentice will learn to manufacture electronic equipment as well and testing for functionality and repair.

**Responsibilities of the Electronic Manufacturing Apprentice include**:

- To train and become competent in the following areas:

- Setup and run various types of machinery to assemble a printed circuit board.

Work towards and meet customer deadlines.

Train to inspect the circuit boards to relevant IPC standards.

Setup and maintain test equipment.

Undertake component level fault finding on faulty circuit boards.

Completing the agreed training program

**Essential skills and experience required for the Electronic Manufacturing Apprentice role**:
At least 4 GCSEs at grade D or above OR currently working towards a Level 2 engineering qualification.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Plans and uses time to accomplish work most effectively.
