**Salary**: Circa £45,243 depending on skills and experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Effectively utilise the UK lens to identify and exploit opportunities for consistent UK curriculums, minimising duplication of effort and the existence of multiple curriculums for standard courses
- Identify and recommend changes to enhance the efficient and effective delivery of training across our UK businesses, including technology and instructional methods in line with BAE Systems approach to Teaching, Learning & Assessment
- Will be a blended learning expert, able to support UK teams with the design and production of non-qualification standards, exploiting all modern learning and assessment techniques
- Work collaboratively with the UK delivery sites to develop learning and assessment materials for virtual and face-to-face delivery
- Support the UK Service Delivery teams to develop and design learning and assessment materials for blended, virtual, and face-to-face delivery for a broad range of programmes from level 3 to level 7
- Engage with external organisations to leverage best practice and promote a shared culture of continuous improvement throughout BAE Systems in relation to all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment and the learner experience
- Promote the use of e-learning resources to benefit learning, skills delivery, teaching and continued innovation
- Support the Teaching, Learning and Assessment Manager UK to undertake an evaluation of UK Skills Training delivery and produce a Skills Training Self-Assessment Process

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Outstanding organisational, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Practice and motivated to collaborate with others to support the development of others
- Experience of engaging others and promoting participation in activity that promotes improved and modernised teaching learning and assessment through a modernised curriculum

**Desirable**:

- Level 3 teaching qualification - Qualification can be offered
- Manufacturing or Engineering background
