**Radiology Administrator**
**Location: Wilmslow hospital**
**Contract Type; permanent, full time 37.5 hours. Monday - Friday, 0800-1600/ 0900-1700**

**Job Description**:
As the Radiology Administrator, you will provide first class reception and administrative duties within the Imaging Department. You will manage the schedule for the radiology procedures for outpatients and inpatients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage telephone enquires both internally and externally including patients, Consultants, and Consultant Secretaries.
- Act as the immediate point of contact for the department, meeting and greeting patients, relatives and visitors to the department.
- Register outpatients for examinations and procedures
- Ensure the capturing of charges and activities
- Keep accurate record of daily list
- Facilitate radiology bookings.
- Manage appointment scheduling,
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within a similar role is essential within healthcare
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
