Mobile Cleaner

Mobile Cleaner required for a housing association for an initial 3 month contract which will then be reviewed following this. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well respected employer with potential for further career development.

**Duties**:

- To deliver an efficient mobile cleaning service including removal of graffiti and rubbish to tenanted and void properties.
- To maximise productivity and always comply with all current regulations and good practice.
- To achieve defined performance targets, KPI's and productivity levels
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers, contractors, colleagues, and other agencies.

**Experience**:

- Relevant experience in a cleaning role and/or an achievement of an appropriate NVQ standard.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a can do, professional attitude and drive to make a real difference to the customers and neighbourhoods.
- Understanding of Health and Safety issues as they relate to buildings and maintenance.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail.

A full driving licence is required.
