Page Personnel are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant on behalf of a fast growing, private equity backed business based in Salford (Media City).

The purpose of this role is to take responsibility for the full end to end purchase ledger process and support wider finance function.

**Description**

Purchase Ledger Assistant duties include:

- Processing all purchase invoices
- Reconciliation of purchase invoices
- Resolve purchase invoice queries in a timely manner
- Reconciliation of supplier statements on an ongoing basis
- Month end closing of Purchase Ledger including control account reconciliation
- Monthly & Weekly supplier payment runs
- Maintain supplier relationships

**Profile**
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team

**Job Offer**
